Behavioral Virtual Community
From 1999 to 2005, Behavioral Virtual Community
(BVC) was a place where behavioral professionals and the public could interact
and exchange information and resources on issues of importance in the home,
school, workplace, and in society. Membership in the Behavioral Virtual Community
was free.
However, participation began to die out in about 2000-2001.
It was not actively promoted, and it was hard to find from the behavior.org
website. Sadly, we have at last decided to terminate the BVC, at least in
its current form.
It may be revived in a different form, as a forum for parents for instance. It
may be more of a blog than an online conference. If you have an opinion about whether the BVC should
be revived and in what form, please send me a message.
